Thank you for choosing Culinow. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for digital products, premium access, subscriptions, and other paid services available through our website.

By purchasing from Culinow, you agree to this Refund Policy.


1. Digital Products

Culinow may sell digital products such as recipe ebooks, meal plans, premium recipe collections, cooking guides, and other downloadable or online cooking resources.

Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded, or used immediately after purchase, all digital product sales are generally final once access has been delivered.

However, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.


2. When Refunds May Be Approved

We may approve a refund if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product
  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake and contacted us quickly
  • You did not receive access to the digital product
  • The download link or product access does not work
  • The product delivered is significantly different from what was described
  • There was a technical issue that prevented you from using the product

3. When Refunds May Not Be Approved

Refunds may not be approved if:

  • You already accessed or downloaded the digital product
  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You no longer want the product
  • You expected features that were not listed on the product page
  • You failed to read the product description before purchase
  • You request a refund after a long period of time
  • Your account was suspended for violating our Terms of Service

We always recommend reading the full product description before completing your purchase.


4. Premium Access and Subscriptions

Culinow may offer premium access or subscription plans.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your premium access may continue until the end of the current billing period.

Subscription payments that have already been processed are generally non-refundable, unless required by law or approved by Culinow after review.


5. Cancellation

Canceling a subscription stops future billing. It does not automatically refund previous payments.

Please include the email address used at checkout so we can locate your order faster.


6. Duplicate Payments

If you were charged more than once for the same product or subscription period, contact us as soon as possible.

After we verify the duplicate payment, we will issue a refund for the extra charge.


7. Access or Download Problems

If you cannot access your digital product, download link, premium content, or account benefits, please contact us before requesting a refund.

We will do our best to fix the issue by restoring access, resending the download link, or helping you access the product through your account.


8. How to Request a Refund

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used at checkout
  • The product or subscription purchased
  • Your order number, if available
  • A short explanation of the issue

We may ask for additional information to verify your purchase and understand the problem.


9. Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method when possible.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.


10. Third-Party Payment Providers

Payments may be processed through third-party checkout providers such as Lemon Squeezy or other payment services.

Refunds, billing records, taxes, and payment processing may also be handled through the payment provider used at checkout.
